Most people go through life without knowing that the situation they are experiencing is acting as a catalyst to an inner narrative. Our mind is a story teller, and even though that is only a secondary function, unless we are aware of this relationship between the situation and our story about it we could be in trouble. At this point in the training we want you to be aware of three challenges that face you on the path of experiencing many many Enlightening Moments in all of your Relationships.
1. Remaining Flexible at all times.
2. The importance of having conscious people to give you feedback.
3. The absolute necessity of knowing the difference between the SITUATION and the STORY.

Welcome to Enlightening Moments in Relationship
Welcome to Our Enlightening Moments in Relationships! We are excited to begin this journey with you. This first session is titled:
When we 'show-up' consciously in relationships, we are able to more successfully surf through the challenging times. Relationships form the fabric of life, and without possessing a wide variety of 'Relationship Tools', agitating moments continue to plague us.
The Journey Begins With Awareness
When we 'show-up' consciously in relationships, we are able to more successfully surf through the challenging times. Relationships form the fabric of life, and without possessing a wide variety of 'Relationship Tools', agitating moments continue to plague us.
We all deserve to experience more Enlightening Moments with our finances, our family and friends, our parents, our job, our body, and our planet.
In order to review session #1- The Journey Begins With Awareness - we have made this MP3 available for you to download and review.
Remember to complete your Experiences on the Road assignment and send it back to us as soon as possible. In that way we can email you the second assignment.
This is a remarkable journey, and we are so privileged to share it with you all!
Remember to practice your 3 Part Breathing Exercise. Has your count increased?
The doubling of the exhalation is essential!
